Introduction
The Going Over video, the cd and the associated campaign materials, have been produced by Exchange Campaigns, and funded by the Department of Health, as part of the Government Action Plan to reduce the numbers of drug overdose deaths.
The cd is being distributed free to drug users all over England along with copies of the main drug user magazines: Monkey, Users Voice, Mainliners as well as via the National Drug Users Development Agency mailing list and Druglink magazine.
The Going Over video - which is streamed from this website - presents four overdose stories, narrated by the people who were there and dramatised by actors.
